One of the more successful of the deep chill projects courtesy of masters Inoue and Namlook (perhaps Jet Chamber being the best of all of the series in my opinion) this disc breaks down the elongated sumptuous electronics into four pieces ranging between the easily digested five minutes up to twenty five minutes.
Morning Spirit - seems to resemble a slowly moving and glowing sculpture, a very serene piece reminiscent of some of the gentler moments of Slow and Low. Namlook s synth themes (which I usually dislike a lot) really works and gives the music an emotive and filmic feel.
Hear the Light - is, if anything, one of the darker pieces relatively speaking but the sparkling sounds and chaotic ambience soon chills into a broad expansive sound with taps and clicks echoing into space.
Hidden Forces - much more mysterious, a cosmic buzz threatens the approach of something like that monolith from 2001. More moody than the other tracks but also the shortest, elements of outland in here - primitive space music?
Rich Dreams - ends the journey. Waves of sound make way to tinkling bells and repeated themes a la Exorcist theme. This dies away to reveal droning and bubbling electronics that drift on as pulses of sound cross from speaker to speaker. Only a 1000 release so careful you don't miss out on this one.
