I love this stuff. Its cheesy, doesn't sound like FAX at all and could almost be called jazz. At least as good as Koolfang 1 I've listened to these for a long time and love these sounds. Don't get it if you want ambience cos you wont get it. What you *do* get is a chilled out loungey and cheesy atmosphere with guitars and emotive lines of fairly minimal jazz. Very summery, would go down well at some parties or just tap your feet as you sip at a long dry white wine and watch the sun set, yes, that is how unFAXy this disc is.

This is even "cheesier" than Koolfang 1 which is why it sits rather uncomfortably with me. Some will enjoy and for those, the aforementioned review is an excellent guide. Personally I'll go to Miles Davis' Jack Johnson any day if I want to really chill out to a jazz groove. Occasionally Namlook sounds a bit like Manfred Mann (circa early 70's Earthband) which is okay but, I'm nevertheless inclined to pass this one on. Word of caution to those expecting the final (title) track to be a Floyd influenced thing ... the reference is to PK's father who died in November 95 and it features one of those annoying, totally silent bits, for five of the last six minutes.
