I don't miss trance. No, really.

Mind you, trance was never a favorite of mine, so it's not much of a stretch to say this. Truth be told, trance had a lot to do with the poor reputation that "techno" had in my mind until 1994 or so.

Most, if not all, of this CD is trance.

While it's not going to get played very often, it's a pretty fun disc for the most part. Two of the tracks stood out in particular: "Limelight" and "Drug Oriented Society"--probably because the guitar samples expanded the narrow palette of sounds present on most of the tracks.

I imagine this disc is pretty hard to find these days, what with it being the second CD released on FAX, ever. So, collectors' value aside, if you see it, give it a listen if you can--maybe it'll be worth the price to you, even if it is early-90s-four-on-the-floor trance. *shudder*
